We take careful consideration in the selection of our security officers, through a comprehensive pre-employment screening process. We do vetting and integrity checks, as well as in house examinations, to ensure that all staff complies to Crestone’s standards and that only the best officers are employed. We ensure that our officers are well disciplined and presentable. We issue our officers with the necessary equipment needed to protect our clients and to ensure that the necessary procedures are adhered to at all times. We do site-specific training and simulated emergency drills on a regular basis. In these sessions, we ensure that each officer’s job-description is dealt with in extreme detail and that they are ready to perform when required. We issue our Officers with Real-Time communication devices as well as panic buttons that are linked to various armed response units.
